Yesterday, we made it to Drielandpunt. Well, it means, trilandpoint. As the name suggests, it is meeting point of Deutchland(Germany), Belgique(Belgium), and Netherlands. We went to Vaals(Netherlands) which is very near to Aachen. It took about 20 mins to reach Vaals. From the busstation we walked for half an hour to reach the point. It is a wonderful place on a height of about 250-300 meters. There is a garden, and a tower which we climbed up to see three countries all together. It was a beautiful view from that height. The natural beauty was fully visible. Mammoth sized Kliniküm (the hospital, RWTH) was distinctly visible from that place. That building actually helped us to understand where Germany is.
Well, day before yesterday, we went to see 'Star Wars - III' (English). The film was awesome, as it was expected. The local hall (Apollo) had nothing special to offer. Only the cost of watching a movie is quite high here. It took us 6 Euro, each. Anyway, a nice experience!!
